Shark Bait Reef Access
Difficult to explain. First go to Xai-Xai. Theres a coastal town south of it where the spot is, its not praia do Xai Xai, bit more south. (Sorry dont know the name there were no signs, ill add the name if i find it.) When you get there to the beach drive coastal road north till the end of town. The reef is infront of a few houses at the end.

Additional Surfing Infos
A fairly consistent and intense reefbreak, the wave breaks off a few exposed rocks and eventually fades. Its a short but heavy ride much better suited for bodyboarders. The reef is only a foot or 2 deep and on lowtide it is impossible. Heavy wave but probably one of the best for barrels in Moz with Tofinho.
  Overview
Atmosphere Most the beach is protected by a long reef that blocks the surf except north at the edge of town. The beachbreak here is also good at times.
General Watch for sharks if you get in trouble theres no hospital except for a small nearby clinic and you dont wanna go to that trust me. (Although there is a small local bar with cheap beers.) There is no accomodation in the town yet, closest is xai xai, so its abit of mission but worth it. (Last time we were there.) If you got enough time and you a bodyboarder check it out. Mozambique is a beautiful country with friendly people. PARADISE!!
