Le Morne Access |
| |
Drive to the south-west corner of Mauritius, Go to the Le Morne. Pass all the hotels until the last public beach parking (only one more hotel is left after),swim out opposite the Berjaya Hotel. It is a 20 minute paddle or find a local boat. Many Fly surf and winsurfers are on the laggoon. |

| | spot is the pass in the coral reef, hence left one side, right the other. long swim or get a boat. world class on its day. Be careful before going to the reef breaks on the left side of beach, is very dangerous atleast you have a boat by your side and knows the area very well. With the falling tide there is a strong current camming out of the laggoon, be careful, do not go alone, specially at night.
