definitively the wrong pic cuz...
the spot is really hard to surf with sea urchins and the access is not hard at all. cool spot, great left with the right swell..

Dude that photo is defenetly not Mauritius, I know I've been there couple of time + the all of the island is surrounded by a lagoon which doesn't bloody look like one.
