Surf trip description:
Every year we (my "now" wife ,was girlfriend) head down to Barbados. For me this began in 1977, started w/ the whoile family. Then a divorce, so dad and the kids, then in early 90's me solo, and now to the present (past 7 years), "US"... We usually head down in early January (best chance of getting perfect W.coast), and stay for 2 weeks to amonth. Almost always on the west in Prospect (close to Batts rock,Sandy Lane, and Jordan's). Although the south has been a frequent place to stay as well..Out of the 15 days on this trip I had 7 days of surf. Everywhere from Brandons, to Soup Bowl, to Batts rock, to Maycocks, and the S. pt. lighthouse.. Most days were average, w/ the last 3 (N.swell) being epic... As always, just a really great time, peaceful and relaxing... No crowds,no attitude, and no worries...
