Middlios
This day at Middlios i went with my sister, who carved up the waves all day. Me i just sat out the back waiting for the big wave of the day, i started taking little ones just practising my drop-knees and turns. Then i thought "I'll go out the back for 10 minutes, if it doesn't get better i am going". Then after about 5 minutes the "bigger" waves started to roll in, which kept me out there for another hour. I started getting the 2-4 ft waves and tryed to barrel them, but they were just closing out. But i say if your inexperienced or wanting to learn, Middlios is for you, but if you want a real challenge go up to Hells Shory or Granny's Grave. All up it was a pretty fun day.

Flume
I arrived at the Flume at around 2:00pm. As i walked down the footpath i asked "How was it?". They replied "Great". I got my wetsuit on and jumped in. The shories were goin' off, bout' 3-4ft, it was hard to get out the back. The sets were coming in thick and fast, out the back the slabs were sick as. I had some fun on the shories and got dumped tryin' out a couple of drop-knees. But all up it was a pretty sick session.

Warrnambool Surf Beach - Hells Shory Day Session
This was a good day session, me and a few mates went down and checked out Warrnambools surf coast. We started at Warrnambool Surf Beach (WSB) and finished at Hells Shory. At WSB we carved up some fun little play waves at about 2-4ft, this session was only for 45 minutes. We then went to a little spot between WSB and The Flume, which is called "Middlios". At Middlios we found some little quick waves which we were drop-kneeing and 360ing for about 45 minutes. We then walked down to The Flume, which was sick. We sat out the back of some pretty sick slabs. These waves were hittin' 4-5ft, these waves were coming in great sets off a great swell. Me and my mates hit some sick barrels and tryed some tricky stuff, but got dumped a few times, this session went for about 2 hours. We then walked up to the River mouth and went to Hells Shory, these waves weren't the best but the were fun. It was my first time at Hells Shory and i quiet enjoyed it and will definatily go there again. The Hells Shory's Rule. This session went for about 1-1.5 hours. All up a get day down the Warrnambool Surf Coast, which ended up going for 4-5 hours. Doesn't time fly when your having fun.

Stingray Bay
This session was the worst of my life, i couldn't stay out there. I was hoping for waves that were rideable, man was i wrong. This place is not a surfing spot, unless you go out behind the islands, but you still need the exact right wind to get good waves. If your looking for a good surf spot, never go here.

Golfies-Port Fairy
This day was one of my first sessions, it was my first at Port Fairy. I had been told not to go there because you need a fair good wind to get the waves up. But me and my mate when down there and we were surprised of how good it was. But now that i look back on it, it wasn't that good, like at the time i thought it was alright. But the waves weren't fast or powerful they were just fun waves. I think i will look back and call it a learning curve in my career, not a highlight, just a day to learn.
