Description:
Had a pretty good sesh out at N Curly, were a few people out, couldnt be bothered paddling out the back and waiting after a few heavy nights and sore arms from wakeboarding. Went the shorey (which was a bit out, kinda the normal break in 3' surf) and caught some good lefts. A few Close-out rights were there but the lefts went further. Had some sketchy takeoffs and got some nice rides. Problem with the Nrth swell is it drags you so far south you battle it all the time. Had a nice wipeout too, came down the face off a late takeoff, hit a fair bit of backwash and had smashed on the sandbank and rolled a few times. Sorry, no pics

My buddy Steve, and I were fortunate enough to end 2007 w/ a fun little swell that filled in on New Years Eve.
C Street wasn't epic by any means, but the waist hight waves (occasional stomach high sets) that rolled in were hella' fun.
Your typical sunny southern California day.
Lots of waves to pic off and not at huge crowd to contend with

I was seeing the weather maps since few days: I was waiting for a 1.5 - 2m South West swell with a south west wind. Nez Bayard starts to work with this. It's the minimal size of swell. And I was rewarded. The spot is very shallow and hard to surf.
I get some good wawes even the take off was very difficult because of the wind.

no waves at all.tezza beach and wambii like a lake.was so keen 4 a wave but there was less than nothing pissed off.perfect weather very hot no clowds,very little to no wind.just kicked back on beach, had more beer than waves.u have to make the most of a bad situation.hopefully i'll have more luck next time.

Description:
goooooooood waves with occasional overhead peakers. lots of peaks everywhere. high tide of 6+ was sort of a challenge. but if you were one of the lucky ones when the bigger sets came in it was almost classic.

Description:
Was supposed to go with Brian and Tony, but Brian got sick from the Christmas session, and Tony was exhausted from staying out late. Met up with the girls in front of burnout and surfed for about an hour. Hillary got a little shaken up by an early wave, and sat on the shore while Sam and I surfed the left side of the sewer. Waves were fun, but still a little to powerful for me.

Description:
Surfed burnout with Tony and Brian. Waves were bad, but the session was fun and not crowded. Rode my first wave with the fish. Ate it hard a couple times. Was joined by Mark in the water, and showed up late to christmas dinner after surfing. Ran into Alex Wright on the way home.

The wind was strong when I have leave my parent's home. SoI didn't expected any waves. Iwent first to Le Rozel but the tide was too low and the SSW wind was blowing out the small waves. So I decided to go to Siouville which is know to be ok with SW wind. When I arrived, waves were surfable. I jumped in the water and after 20mn the session started to be pretty good with a good atmosphere with the others surfers.
I was pretty happy to surf decent waves at home...

It was fun to come back to Normandy and to sore a small but fun session.
I start on the outside but I was too late and the tide was to high.
After 20 mn, waves started to break again and I had fun waves not so bad. Manu came : it was really cool to surf together

Made it out and back without the assistance of the Coast Guard and didn't end up in the e.r. - so I guess this was a good session. Still sitting in the channel. I was very conservative today. One did come my way - didn't fully commit and I missed it. I did get a little one though...purely by accident...as I was coming in - at the spot where the kayaks sit. Someone in the parking lot told me that's called the yacker bowl.

Went out with Tony and his friend from San Louis named Codi, whose girlfirend's dad owns San Louis Surf. First session with new fish. Burnout was crowded so we surfed Ave I. Backwash was strong. Waves were big, and I caught a couple, but wasn't able to ride any of them.

i surfed wamberal first for around anhour and a half,shit waves totaly blown out strong on shore wind.went to tezza got good waves at the bend more protected from wind than wambii.the bend had soild little waves, closeouts throwing out wide sucking up will off banks lots of fun.good open barrels fast sections to hit plenty of speed,unlike wambii early powreless waves waste of time,the bend made up 10 times over.nice session
