Epic hollow powerful waves at La Grotte in November and December 2011... few locals out there (who are actually from Essaouira and cannot surf at all) who think they own the place. Just ignored them, they fall off the back of most waves they go for, so plenty of waves to be had for everyone. Pity to see them arking up when all the foreigners were so respectful, and left all four of them at the peak. They are shooting themselves in the foot... the annoyed tourist who gets hassled will just go back home, log on, and post photos and the exact location of this amazing surf spot. Its an awesome wave in a cool peacful envirionment. Well worth looking for. Cant wait to go back. Thansk Jamal for amazing trip through morocco. Sick waves!
