Description:

Chilly Willy out there this morning. Water temp has dropped to 54F due to upwelling caused by the El Nino storm pattern over SOCAL producing strong surface winds.

After and hour and a half I was as stiff as a board, the early morning gloomy fog and offshore breeze did not help!
