Description:

How can I describe this session ? It was just perfect: a hollow left, powerful and tubular but not too fast. It's not often at Gironde. I took my first wave, a solid 1.5m, a long bottom then I brake down right in large tube...

We were only 5. Then I take a lot of beautiful waves with a lot of tubes. I scored 3 litlle tubes on the same wave !

Then, as it was a good sand bank, a lot of locals came: we were 25 at the peak ! But the atmosphere stayed pretty cool.

Thank you cylone Bertha!

20 waves in 3 hours is a lot with a crowd, you must have been really
DEEP. I caught probally 30 waves in a 3 hour dawn patrol session at
classic head high Seal Pier but there were only 4 of us out in the
suck-up off the sea wall. We threw some bones out and let the smaller
ones go through to the shortboarders sitting on the inside. Was so beat
up when I got home ate some pain pills and went back to bed.

You're right, this is not La Torchère but the Cimetery. La Torchère is located 1.2 km more south.

Sympa les photos !!!!!!
J'y suis passé hier soir. Onshore et pas top. On a bien fait d'annuler.
En revanche, le banc est bon et il y a bien une gauch et même un droite à mi-marée qui doivent bien marcher.
