Description:
How can I describe this session ? It was just perfect: a hollow left, powerful and tubular but not too fast. It's not often at Gironde. I took my first wave, a solid 1.5m, a long bottom then I brake down right in large tube...
We were only 5. Then I take a lot of beautiful waves with a lot of tubes. I scored 3 litlle tubes on the same wave !
Then, as it was a good sand bank, a lot of locals came: we were 25 at the peak ! But the atmosphere stayed pretty cool.
Thank you cylone Bertha!
it didn't close out: it was a beautifil tube...
"Ahhh ahhh aaaah" that's what I sayed when I arrived at the spot

| 20 waves in 3 hours is a lot with a crowd, you must have been really DEEP. I caught probally 30 waves in a 3 hour dawn patrol session at classic head high Seal Pier but there were only 4 of us out in the suck-up off the sea wall. We threw some bones out and let the smaller ones go through to the shortboarders sitting on the inside. Was so beat up when I got home ate some pain pills and went back to bed. |
