Description:

I didn't expected to score some wavs. I was sure there would be nothing at all. So I went to the beach without my surf with all my family. And when I was at the beach, some fun nearly one meter waves were breaking. Argh ! So my mother (thanks Mum) went back home to get my board.

Ok It was not Pipeline but I had some fun with my friends Manu Jean, Manu , Nico and all the child with us on bodyboard, longboards, mini mal....Cool

What the hell are horses and cows doing at the beach ... its not LA that's for sure!
18C in Summer that's bloody cold my friend. We had some early morning glass today out at the San Garriel river mouth by Seal Beach ... 70F air 70F water, knee to waist with shoulder high on the set waves ... three of us took off on a rare head high peak ... I called left my buddy River Bob was inside me and started to go right but found he was the meat in a sandwich but got to watch me snap a hard bottom turn on my 7'2" SuperFish as he got caught up in the white water ... the wave boxed up tight as I came up under the lip, pumped the rail a couple of times then stepped back on the tail and carved a nice backhand arc-cutback down the green face before it died out in deeper water ... yeah! Yesterday it was windswell shit with noisy choppers flying low up and down the coast looking for a couple of floaters ... couple of motor cross guys got drunk and went swimming at midnight at Huntington ... history, they found them this morning.
