Yeah you're absolutely right, but the problem is that, particularly in Sub-saharian Africa, there are no such projects. Most of the industrial, petrolean, mining and wood exploitations belong to Western countries companies and da money made with this activities is transferred in european banks and used to corrupt politicians, but never goes to local populations which stays in their bad conditions. That's why currently these people have no other choice than leave their countrie and hope to have better life in Developed ones. And Yes I have no problem to say come in France, because our richness is made by plunding yours. I think first to human life and human rights before concepts of borduries,nations, flags and economic state.
