You're going to be dissapointed about the surf here.. it's not very good! But we take wat we have here. Maybe Friday there is surf..

Wijk aan zee (near by Amsterdam)
Scheveningen
Camperduin/Petten (my homespot)

Only windswell. For surf photography, you can go to Scheveningen. There are the most surfers and a lot of good surfers. Also, Scheveningen is a cool place to be, a really nice atmosphere there.

During the fall and winter is the best season, but freezingly cold, you will need full protection. Not a lot of sunny waves in Holland.

Good luck finding the hot spot. Watch for North Swell, could bring some decent waves on the Islands.
