If you are looking for a trip inside Europe, then you should come to Portugal.... its a small country with lots of good / excelent surf spots for beginners... In August the weather is hot and the water temp. around 19-22 degrees !
If you want to mover to a different continent then the are lots of options (Brasil, Indo, California, Costa Rica, Morrocco, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.... so many places....
