iam goging to gironde to this summer (last week of july) can u recommend some good spots 4 a rookie?
iam sry i dont know some good acommodation but i found a cheap campground in Le Porge-Océan (Name: Camping Municipal La Grigne) 11 bucks/night for a tent. i thing its ok for fance at high season.

One advice: don't stay on the central beach but walk further south or north to avoid the lifegaurds and the crowd. In Gironde, to surf quietly and to have offshore: wake up early (6 to 7 am)to score good waves
