I'm going to LA Gomera with some friends. They not surf but I.
With Spanair bringing the board with me is crazy expensive.
Somebody know if I can rent a surfboard there?

Re:La Gomera - 2007/06/21 18:49Sure that no, cause La Gomera is a little island and the surf has not expanded there yet. All about this island sound like secret.

So I think we head earlier to tenerife to try there... Do you know where it's good to rent surfboards there?
Nice day!

Re:La Gomera - 2007/06/26 23:27Don't Know but in Lanzarote there are several schools of surf in Famara that they take you to several Spots (I think). The BEST thing to surf in Canary Islands is to go there flying with Air Europa, they don't earn any moeny by taking your boards and they take it the same way as the rest of companies. Try flying with Air Europa.

Re:La Gomera - 2007/06/27 05:22True, air europa has flights to canary islands everyday from barcelon aand madrid, and they don't make you pay for your boards. in la Gomera, there are many people that surfs, but may be you will not find a shop there since it's really close to Las palmas, where you can go using a boat for few money and rent a board there, or just rent it before you do the transfer.
