Anyways, dont bother to write so long posts...Really, go surfing ...and tell us more about ***v**s

No need to apologize, my initial post was pretty inflamatory. I can certainly agree to disagree.

Can't surf at the moment. It's Lake Pacifica here right now and I don't have the money to travel anywhere at the moment. If I head down to the beach it'll be to go for a swim. Looks like it's going to be flat for a week or so. So I've got time to kill annoying yall.

Thanks for the entertainment, loved it.
Come all over and for a surf with me, afterwards a drink and we'll have some more of these discussions.

Re:Wannasurf - the Great Satan of surfing! - 2007/05/14 01:52 How can this topic be allowed to die quite yet?
Firstly thank you all so much for posting replies on this subject - it's been interesting reading what people have to say though it seems that the original angle of this post - which was meant to focus exclusively on the exposure of places like Russia, Oman etc (places that are not visited on a frequent basis by any surfers and have little or no local surf scene) has changed into a more general discussion of the exposure of secret spots in more developd surf regions, but can we get back to the original concept of this post and can someone please tell me if i have understood this correctly and that in general many people actually want to have websites like wannasurf and/or surf guides giving away specific spot information on remote surf regions like Russia and Oman? (i am talking only about specfic spot info not the magazine foramt of publishing vague stories about entire nations - such as has been done recently with Yemen, Iran and India, in which no details on individual waves and how and when they work are included).

If i have understood this correctly then i have to admit to being shocked....

Re:Wannasurf - the Great Satan of surfing! - 2007/05/15 15:38 yo bab,

The soul of surfing is like all souls - different in any one of us. I myself like to go to surf in as isolated places as possible but wannasurf really is giving me a good start for surfing.

Wannasurf really helps my soul of surfing to conquer new swells.

But thanks for the debate man, and cheers for the soul
