I stayed in a surfcamp in Tamraght (just north of Agadir) which had a good vibe and was a short drive to all of the points in Southern Morocco. Check out website below.

All that being said, it is also a Moslem country where attitudes to women are a bit different, and you should maybe be considerate of this(especially how you dress and/or interact with locals).....
