There surf in belgium, and they are belgian surfers. The surf is a little week thow, the majority os them goes to Holland to surf, they do get some good days, but that's like twice a year. Surf shops? i think that know a days, you find surfboards even in cities where there is no chance to see a wave at least at 2h flight. So i reckon that u'll find what u are looking for if look it up. If it's a survey, there is defenitly market for surf brands there (there is a belgian surf wear company called Ané by the way )
