Re:what do you think about indoboard? - 2008/10/19 04:26A indo Board is a total beginner board. The idea is that if it hits you or anyone else around you it won't hurt because it is made of Styrofoam. It is what a lot of the surf schools use for that reason. hope that answers your question dear.

Re:what do you think about indoboard? - 2008/10/19 15:04the indo board concept works very well for improving or maitaining core strength and balance, especially if you're new to surfing or out of the water for long periods. there's another similar concept, an oval or round board on a hemisphere, which is more effective because it has more scope of movement. physio's often have these kind of things around as aids for athletes recovering from injury. you can make these things yourself.

Re:what do you think about indoboard? - 2008/10/19 18:57indoboards rock...but when you talk about physios...indo is too strange for most of the patients....i stopped using indoboard for myself and my patients , i better step and stand on a gymnastik ball (big one 65cm), try to walk on a ball!!!much more effective...
