I have bought for this winter the new oneill psycho. it's expensive but it's absolutely incredible: the winter wetsuit is as flexible as my 3/2 ! And the best is that is the warmest I ever had.

Last thing to say: oneill wetsuit are strong and I have kept my last winter wetsuit for 4 full years...

the psycho 4/3 or 6/4/3?? After many looks on web site, I'm almost in for the 4/3 oneill psycho with a 13OZ liner separate so I think you can get into water around 10.. Did you try the O'neill boots and glove too?? what's about?

When temperature is less than 14 - 15°C: I am wearing boots.
When temperature is less than 13°C: I am wearing boots, hood and glooves.

I was always disappointed with boots: they are either flexible and cold or warm and not flexible. Until I met the wonderful "Atan" booties. it's a french trademark: the booties are very simple but they are in latex. They are warm AND flexible.

I tested it out a bit this last fall. It was fine in 62-70 F water. But once I got down to 58-61 F, my time in the water was cut down from 2-2.5 hours to 1-1.3 hours. I did a little better when I picked up some gloves and booties though.

But the guy at the O'Neill surf shop was right, for the colder water in the Peruvian winter, you want a 4/3 or a Psycho 2.

I've been extremely happy with the wet suit so far, hopefully it stays in good shape for a good deal longer.

Re:What wetsuits you wear - 2007/11/08 20:21 have to agree with the other guys, O'Neill Psycho's are awesum, used a 4/3 in the middle of winter on a trip to Ireland / Wales - no worries

Re:What wetsuits you wear - 2007/11/24 20:22 I use a Quicksilver super stretch full length wet suit. I use it when its under 25 degrees, but i dont rlly care bout the temp, i only care about the waves.
