Regarding Surfing, I would recomend Billabong. They seem to be making the sickest boards lately.

If you want to surf 5 to 9 ft shallow reef waves then the best choice will be VS RYAN HARDY or Science 11 with a narrower shape suited best for this conditions. But narrower shapes only work in powerful waves.
