I could really do with some help from any surfer who has experience of the above area.
I would be really greatful to anyone who can tell me about the area itself, for housing and community as well as the best months for surfing, temps etc

Re:New York/Long Island - 2012/04/14 00:18Hi Bookgirl, for starters, you can check out the surf breaks in those areas listed in Wannsurf. They could possibly have more information on best time of year, location....ect I'm not familiar w/ the East Coast, being from the "Left Coast" myself.
