where to surf in england this last week of july? - 2009/07/02 21:40 Hello!

I would like to know where to surf in England this last week of july. I dont know anything about the surf in england. Like something nice accommodation, board hire, some lessons for a beginner, and nice waves but not too crowded?

Please let me know any link which could help me!

Thanks!

Re:where to surf in england this last week of july? - 2009/07/03 06:57 Dear Annapom,

Are you restricted purely to England?

If not the Gower in Swansea, Wales is really great (biased because I live there!!!), with good value accommodation, surf and here comes the blatant advertising................ a surf school right on the beach run by myself.

Check out www.Llangennithsurfschool.com or our facebook group Llangennith surf school for more info pics prices etc.

The advantage the Gower has over Cornwall is simple, there are not 2000 billion people crammed into minimal space and grossly inflated prices everywhere.

Re:where to surf in england this last week of july - 2009/07/04 16:00 Hi there Anne you can surf with us at Fistral Beach website is www.fistralsurfschool.co.uk Newquay is a great crack in the summer months and easy to get to by trains and planes. However, if you do fancy a quieter surf trip then Gower is the place and ideal for learning/improving your skills more information can be found via our blog > www.bloggsd.com or Gower surf school website > www.gowersurfing.com If you are based in Ireland then Richie has an excellent school up north and Dave Blount runs a good school in Lahinch, happy surfing Simon @ GSD
