there is a small windows freeware program called WINTIDE (WXTide32), You can download it here free of charge:
I use the tool since 1998. It's based on moon, earth and sun data and You can check every timezone around the earth and print out tide tables. Once installed, it calculates offline (no further web connection required). Give me a PM if You need more info.
