The Quiksilver Pro France has moved to the break of Santosha, in Capbreton this morning for the end of round 2. In the first
heat of the day the young french surfer Jeremy Flores won against Australian
Shaun Cansdell.
Here are the results for end of round2:
Heat 8: Jeremy Flores (FRA) 14.00 def. Shaun Cansdell (AUS) 11.60 As often those last years european contests will be deciding for World Surf Tittle as Mick Fanning (1st on ASP world tour) lost prematurely in Trestles whereas Slater won the constest and took the 2nd on the World Tour. Only 230 points are between the 2 surfers and know Slater is running for an incredible (but so possible) 9th title...
In hossegor Fanning started the competition last friday by a perfect 10pts and a perfect total score : 19,43pts! A good thing to show his good form to the others top44 surfers... Follow this event each day on wannasurf.com Have fun!! Wannasurf team
Kelly Sl8ter... going for nine?
Luke Stedman (Aus)
Michael Campbell unlucky with the waves was beaten by Luke Stedman
Adrian Buchan beat Ben Dunn on a heat with just some good waves
