Newport - Agate Beach and South Jetty
Sometimes I will hit up Otter Rock (devil's soup bowl) or Short Sands
Favourites Spots:
Agate Beach on larger days
South Jetty on decent to big days
Any spot in Puerto Rico when I can make the trip down there...
My Biggest Wave:
Double Overhead
Prefered Wave Size:
Overhead
Favourite Type of Spot:
Right Pointbreak; Right Reef; Left Reef
Prefered Tricks:
Drop In
My Best Ever Session:
Too many to count... but it would either be the day out at Ruins/Wilderness with 6 - 9 footers coming through on an uncrowded day..
or La Ocho on the 12 - 15 footer day with just me out... catching the big ones until my board broke..
or just the other day in January 2008 catching 10 - 12's in the middle of the beach at Agate
Biggest Fear or Wipe out:
La Ocho, definitely... during the large sessions almost hitting a body boarder, turning down the wave and the wave crashing ontop of me and breaking my board.
Favourite Surfers:
Mick Fanning - Joel Tudor - don't know too many more..
Wish I surfed contest, but don't want to look like a fool... have to start somewhere though, I guess...

beautiful board... hand made, elegant, just an excellent board for small days and those head highs... like a long board feeling but that quickness you get with a short board..

My Opinion About:
This is the shortest board I have purchased. I had ridden a 6'0" for about a year before getting this board and what a great idea it was... it changed my thoughts on surfing all together... the length/thickness ratio is amazing... the design was perfect and I have ridden that board the most since purchasing it...

Riding it with the locals in Martinique on a head high day and no wind with one other guy... perfect rights... and then trying to get the other guys the next day how great the rides were...
My Surftrips
Last Surftrips:
My last surf trip was back in 2004 on the east coast with a friend from Washington DC. We hit up the Eastern Sea Board from South Carolina to Virgina. The outer banks and many beaches in between. There were a few good days, other knee highers... but it was great just being with a friend and getting in the water.
Next Surftrips:
I would love for my next trip to be in Mexico or central america. I am sure I could even convince my wife to make that trip... not sure when it will be though.
