| My Opinion About: |
Gold All-rounder that goes unreal in anything. It's the natural progression of the design Dave and I have been working on for years. He got it so right with this one. |
| Session Memories: |
A smokin back door stand up under the pier on Saturday would be the latest. |

Standard groveller. Profiled from an Arakawa Irons model. 12 months old made for the Beachies on the Northern End of the Gold Coast. Super light glass with a tail patch only and a comp finish. Time for a new one. |
| Tail: |
rounded squash |
| Bottom: |
Flat; Double Concave |
| Type of Fins: |
FG5 Foiled Composite |
| Rails, Specifics: |
Higher rails with a slight double concave though the tail. Has a hip in the tail, with the rail held from there through to the nose. Bugger all rocker in the tail and nose. |
| Id Number: |

| Year Made: |

| My Opinion About: |
Unreal groveller in waves from 2-4ft (Gold Coast size). Starting to show her age, has a sick release in the tail thanks to the hip. Great when it's a bit sucky and has a bit of grunt, but can spin out a bit on bigger faces and fat sections. Time d |

Narrowneck about 3 months ago on a little slab of a righthander. It hooked right in! |

| My Opinion About: |
The Ferarri of the fleet. Once again Dave and I have worked on this design for the last 10 years - the most perfect board he's made me yet. I look forward to breaking this thing out whenever I can - which isn't often on the goldie. |
| Session Memories: |
So many - 6 ft Laneakea stands out though. It got me out of trouble and into the pit so many times. |

Brand New |
| Make and Technology: |
Hardly used deep 6 Channel bottom swallow tail. 6 ounce on the deck, 4 on the bottom with a tail patch. Hand shaped with a fully rolled deck and glassed in fins. 80's power surfing will never die. |
| Tail: |

| Bottom: |
Channels |
| Type of Fins: |
Glass fully foiled |
| Rails, Specifics: |
A fully rolled deck with high boxy rails and heaps of kick in the nose and the tail. Heaps of volume in the guts. A super sleak machine. |

| My Opinion About: |
This thing is super sexy. It has a front foot sweet spot and you can just swoop into full rail to rail turns with heaps of power. I've only ridden it twice on overhead clean days and it was awesome both times. Something special for when you need some speed and power. Everyone should have one. |
| Session Memories: |
The second surf on it - solid 4 ft plus offshore beachie at Broken Head. Way out the back and just late drops into fades and real power turns on every wave. Gold. |

| Size x Width x Thickness: |
5'10" x 20 x nearly 3' |
| Condition: |

| Make and Technology: |
Hand shaped Retro style quad, standard glass job with 5 fin FCS set up. It kinda looks like a state of the art 1983 Thruster but with a diamond tail. |
| Tail: |
pintail |
| Bottom: |
Flat; Double Concave |
| Type of Fins: |
FG7 in the front and FG5 soft plastics in the back |
| Rails, Specifics: |
Boxy rails all the way to the nose, hardly any rocker except in the nose with a double concave through the fins. |
| Id Number: |
10,000 and something |
| Year Made: |

| My Opinion About: |
Anything under 3 foot these days for me is difficult so this thing fills the gap. It's fun and it's not a wrongboard. |
| Year Bought: |

| Session Memories: |
Fun at the spit last summer with a couple of late arvo hooks in the pocket. |
